Inverstanley is a luxurious rural estate steeped in history. First settled by the McConnel family in 1841 as a working cattle property, it’s remained in the family’s hands for over 180 years. Today, it’s a place of refined country living, with five stately bedrooms, soaring ceilings, generous entertaining spaces, and sweeping views of Mt Brisbane & Wivenhoe Dam.

The challenge in creating Inverstanley’s brand was capturing that sense of grandeur, shaped by the McConnel legacy and the sheer scale of the estate itself. The tagline, A Grand Estate, is a simple, elegant play on words, nodding to both the property’s physical size and the lasting impression it leaves on guests.

The visual identity is anchored by a bold, loosly kerned serif in all caps, giving weight and presence to the estate’s name. Paired with a hand-drawn crest, an updated version on the McConnel family’s original insignia, ties the brand directly back to the heritage of the family who continue to care for the land to this day.
