SOLUTION Introducing “Rushed Haves”, a new marketplace that transforms someone’s “rushed have” into another’s “must-have.” This new model allows Lushies to return any used or unused item from a member-only sale or exclusive release to their nearest Lush store in exchange for store credit. The returned products are then offered in-store at an extreme discount, giving every Lush customer the chance to find their next favourite product. Each Rushed Haves purchase supports Lush’s commitment to reducing the wastage of unused packaged products while reinforcing the brand’s core values of sustainability and mindful consumption.
